Herby Cheese & Oat Fingers - Tue 12th Jul 2011
Combine 175 g grated cheddar, 150 g oats, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary leaves and a pinch of cayenne with 1 beaten egg. Add 50 g melted butter and mix well. Press mixture into a 20 cm greased square tin and bake at 180 degrees C/gas mark 4 for 30-40 minutes. Cut into 12 fingers.
