Organically produced seasonal vegetables in varying proportions 50% (sweet potato, peas, potato, onion, carrot, leek, red/green pepper, squash, celeriac), tomato 18%, water, black beans 11%, tomato paste 2%, sunflower oil, herbs & spices, bouillon (sea salt, sustainably sourced palm oil, vegetables, maltodextrin, spices), garlic and love.

Substantial - Sat 19th May 2012
This is probably the most substantial of the Clive pots that I've tried. By this, I mean that there is less of the liquid base, which make the others more soup-like. The result is a evenly flavoured stew with no single ingredient to overpower the taste. Potatoes add to this texture, along with the traditional ingredients for stews (carrots, peas, etc). It is not too strongly spiced, so should make a pleasant option for most dinner tables but may take a little longer to cook that the packet recommends.
