Delicious. Lots of flavour. For me the pastry could have been a little thicker (I'm a carb-junkie) but other than that, pretty much everything I'm looking for in a pie.

It's great to have a healthy ready-made meal for those occasions when you've had a hard day; want something tasty & healthy, but can't face cooking. This is it.

My husband and I are vegan and we are obsessed with Clive's pies. I really love the Chestnut Cassoulet, but it is hard to choose a favorite. I often will have them for breakfast--they are so good!--and in colder months, it just feels great to start the day with a warm, hearty, healthy pie!
