Product Details

This traditional favourite made from split peas and vegetables has a surprisingly light, delicate flavour. It's low fat, contains no cholesterol and is dairy free.

Cooking Instructions

Ready to serve. Do not add water.
Conventional directions: Empty contents into saucepan and warm to desired temperature using medium heat. Stir occasionally. Do not boil.

Microwave directions (800 W): Empty contents into microwaveable container. Cover and microwave on full powder for 3 minutes.
Stir and heat another 1-2 minutes to desired temperature.

Ingredients

Filtered water, vegetables (onions, celery, carrots, garlic) (21%), green split peas 11%, sea salt,spices, cracked black pepper.

Energy 184kJ/41kcal, Protein 2.9g, Carbohydrate 7.8g (of which sugars 1.6g), Fat 0g (of which saturates 0g), Fibre 2.4g, Sodium 0.3g.
Half can contains the equivalent of 1.4g salt.
