Fresh vegetables and tofu simmered in a creamy sauce, flavoured with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender, flaky crust made from all natural whole wheat flour. A nourishing traditional hearty meal made using only the finest natural and organic ingredients, prepared with the same careful attention as you would use in your own home.
Cooking InstructionsConventional Oven:
-Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
-Leave pie in paper pan and place on baking tray
-Bake 35-40 minutes until pie is heated throughout and crust is golden brown. (if glaze is required brush top crust with butter or milk and honey after fist 20 minutes of baking.)
-For best flavour wait 5 min before eating.
-Leave pie in the paper pan and place onmicrowave-safe plate in oven.
-Heat on high for 4-5 minutes.
-For best flavour wait 2 minutes before eating.
Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation of your oven. Do not use a toaster oven.
