Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen:
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Remove overwrap. Wrap burrito in foil and heat for 20 minutes. Turn over and heat for another 25-30min.
Microwave oven (800W):
Remove overwrap. Place the burrito on a small microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 1½-2 minutes on MEDIUM. Turn over and heat another 1½ minutes on HIGH until hot.

Ovens vary, please use these instructions as a guide only.

Second Amy's kitchen product sampled this week and have to say, my gluten and lacto free diet is getting easier with ready meals like this and the black bean enchiladas. Absolutely delicious, not to spicy, full of great flavours.
