Styles dairy ice cream is made from fresh cow's milk. Double cream and clotted cream are added for a richer, creamier taste. Styles cow's milk luxury ice cream is produced in a range of delicious flavours.

Ingredients

Whole cows milk, double cream, cane sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, clotted cream (2.49%), zabajone (wine flavouring compound) contains colour E160c, E100 & flavouring, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) stabiliser (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan).

Ice Cream Croissants - Thu 2nd Feb 2012
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C/gas 6. Fill some plain croissants with sliced bananas. Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 3-4 mins. Remove from oven and fill each with a scoop of ice cream and some blueberries. Serve drizzled with melted dark chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.
