Serving Suggestion

Ideal for cooking - use in muffins or as a topping for cheesecake, gateaux and pancakes.

Usage

Defrost at room temperature for approximately 2½ hours or in a microwave on defrost for approximately 12 minutes. When cooking or baking with the fruit, it can be used straight from frozen.

Fruity Pork - Sun 15th Apr 2012
Try roasting a pork loin joint and serve with a fruity sauce. Put a handful of defrosted blueberries in a pan with a spoonful of marmalade, a little water, a squeeze of lemon juice and a knob of butter. Then heat gently until the blueberries are soft and the sauce syrupy. Serve spooned over the sliced pork.
