Cooking Instructions

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan, add Wok Mix and cook at medium heat stirring well. Can also be microwaved.

Broccoli florets 30%, yellow carrots 20%, carrots 20%, green beans 12%, red peppers 9%, onions.

This wok mix is really useful. Most of the time we only use fresh veg, but this is so handy to have in the freezer for emergencies. It's quick and easy to use and ensures a good variety of colourful vegetables.
