Cooking Instructions

In the pot: There is no need to defrost before use. Warm up the product in a pot with a covered lid at low heat. Stir occasionally.
Microwave (600 Watt capacity): Heat the deep-frozen product in a covered microwave dish for appox 6-12 minutes, depending on the used quantity. Stir occasionally.

Ingredients

Spinach 65%, water, whole milk, fresh cream 5.5%, wheat flour, cornstarch, sea salt, thickener: guar gum, cane sugar, nutmeg, pepper.

Typical values per 100g:
Energy 174kJ/45kcal, Protein 2.5g, Carbohydrates 3.3g (of which sugars 0.6g), Fat 2.0g (of which saturates 1.1g), Dietary fibre 1.8g, Sodium 0.4g.

Contains gluten, wheat, milk, lactose.

Other Information

Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Tasty but not healthy. - Tue 7th May 2013
This spinach is a very reasonable price and delicious, but not the best ingredients, with lots of dairy and sugar in it. Nice for a treat though with curry, just like Indian spinach dishes.
