Cooking Instructions

In the pot: There is no need to defrost before use. Warm up the spinach in a pot with a covered lid at a low heat. Stir occasionally and season to taste.
In the pan: Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Stir in chopped onions and stew at a medium heat for a few minutes. Add the required amount of frozen spinach and cook together for a few minutes stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
