Delicious Quorn sausages with onion and herb seasoning.

Product Details

Quorn gives all the versatility and nutrition of meat without being meat. Quorn is a mycoprotein, difficult to explain, but think of something similar to fungus or mushroom. Quorn take this mycroprotein and make it into delicious sausages, burgers and pieces which are flavoured to make delicious protein meat replacements. Quorn also qualifies as a FREE food on the Slimming World Extra Easy diet.

Cooking Instructions

Quorn sausages can be used in exactly the same way as traditional sausages, they can be fried, grilled or barbecued, ready in 14 minutes.

Ingredients

Mycoprotein 34%, rehydrated free range egg white, water, textured wheat protein (wheat protein, wheat starch), onion, flavouring (with colours: iron oxides), milk protein, rapeseed oil, tapioca starch, gelling agent: pectin.

Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp runny honey. Brush over the sausages before and during cooking.
