Recipe

Quick Thai Curry A lovely curry for when you are in a hurry. Get a big pack of frozen mixed vegetables and cook until tender, drain and put into a saucepan with a can of coconut milk. Stir in a couple of dessert spoonfuls of Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste and stir. Add more to taste with a little salt. Serve with rice or use in a wrap.

Delicious & versatile - Fri 22nd Jul 2011
These are very handy to have in the freezer. Not only useful for "what it says on the packet" but lovely steamed over pasta & then added to the cooked, drained pasta with tofu or houmous. This combination is also surprisingly delicious cold!

Also nice in a vege cottage pie made with canned lentils.
