Creamy Greens - Mon 5th Sep 2011
Lighly cook 500 g frozen whole green beans and 450 g frozen peas until just tender. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry a sliced onion for 5 minutes until softened. Stir through the beans, peas and 75 g soft white cheese. Serve immediately. Good wiith sausages and potato wedges.

Such a relief to finally find some organic frozen vegetables. They are very tasty, particularly good in salads and with the organic frozen sweetcorn, in an olive oil dressing.
