Cooking Instructions

Hob - 15 minutes: Add Quorn pieces to your favourite sauce, cover and simmer for 12 - 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Stir Fry - 12 minutes: Preheat 1 tbsp of oil over a medium to high heat and fry Quorn pieces with stir fry vegetables for 10 - 12 minutes.

Microwave - 9 minutes: Place Quorn pieces in a microwavable dish, add sauce of your choice, cover with film, pierce and cook on high for E/800w: 4½ minutes, stir, for for a further 4½ minutes. Stand for 1 minute.

Mycoprotein 87%, rehydrated egg white (free range), flavouring.
