Serving Suggestion

For a nutritious breakfast:
Generally, for one person, use around 1/3 cup of quinoa flakes to a cup of milk, milk alternative or water. This will give a porridge like consistency.

Bring the liquid to the boil and stir in the flakes, simmer for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat. Let the quinoa stand for a few minutes. It will thicken as it stands.

When just at your preferred consistency add sweetener of choice and enjoy. Best eaten while hot.

We add a spoonful of Quinoa flakes to our muesli every morning for extra goodness and protein. They have a pleasant flavour, not to strong. And they are organic too.
