This seems to have had a miraculous effect on my husband's gout, and in so doing, on his outlook on life. People have commented on how much "freer" he seems, and he can now grip things, and drive with confidence. Good idea, and non-drug too.

This is very very tart I didn't expect it!
I will have to find a way to incorporate it in sweeter foods to get the goodness without grimacing, maybe a smoothie?
