Organic Rice & Sunflower Bread which is traditionally made in Germany by organic bakers from nutty wholegrain rice and is perfect as part of a gluten-free diet. Sunflower seeds are known for their health promoting properties Produced in a dedicated Gluten free bakery and batch tested -guaranteed Gluten free.

Ingredients

Cereals (53%)(wholegrain rice (38%), millet (9%), buckwheat (6%)), water, sweet lupin flour, sunflower seeds (4%), thickener: guar gum, salt, yeast.

I really don't like this, although smothering it in something that you do like helps it to go down rather than in the bin. Has a strong 'sour' taste. I miss real bread!

The one star is at least it is something sliced that you can put things on. But I prefer oatcakes or just going without.

For those who might not mind the taste, the texture is very heavy and solid and the slices are very thin and small.
