My daughter loves this mixed with a tiny bit of local honey - it makes a tasty sweet!

This mixed with melted xylitol chocolate and a little butter makes amazingly tasty and healthy 'crispy cakes' which my children adore!

This tasted fantastic mixed with puffed rice, as a breakfast cereal. I've not had amaranth before but was very pleasantly surprised and will be buying more. It would taste nice alone as a cereal, but it's a bit more expensive than most, so I've only eaten it mixed with other grains.

We add a spoonful of this to our organic gluten-free breakfast every morning for extra nutrition. Very small popcorn so needs to mixed in with other ingredients.
