Product Details

We find these sausages irresistible with a great big dollop of mash, oodles of red onion gravy and some steamed green beans.

Cooking Instructions

Oven cook - From Frozen
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. For 1-2 sausages cook for approximately 15 minutes turning once until golden brown. For 6 sausages cook for approximately 18-20 minutes.

Fan oven
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Place 1-2 sausages on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, turning once until golden brown. For 6 sausages cook for approximately 18-20 minutes.

Grill
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
For 2 sausages place on a wire rack and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
For 6 sausages cook for approximately 15 minutes.

Shallow fry
Fry in a little vegetable oil for approximately 10 minutes turning frequently.

Barbecue
Wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.
Place sausages on the barbecue and cook for approximately 10 minutes turning frequently.

Rehydrated textured wheat protein (63%), vegetable oil, water, pea and wheat protein (4%), flavourings, rusk, stabilizer - hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose

No it is not the same as a proper sausage, but when you have gone vegetarian and miss a good sasage, this gives you the general idea/taste whilst being kinder to your insides and animals!
