Serving Suggestion

Preheat oven to 200 C. Brush base with olive oil and add topping of your choice. Bake on greased tray on middle shelf for about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately I am now wheat-free and this product is one of the things I miss most of all. Perfect for some yummy vegan pizza.

Trying to buy a ready-made cheese-free pizza is pretty hopeless, and making your own base takes ages - these are a good compromise. If you're really short of time a jar of Danival Ratatouille makes a speedy topping.

made mine with 1 base,
olive oil brushed onto base
1/3 tin of chopped toms (pureed)
3 tbsps of tom puree
1/4 tsp oregeno
60g mozzarella
60g pepperoni
80g light cheese
Baked for 12 mins, tastes great and so easy
