Ingredients

100% Spelt Flour*, Water, Tomato Powder* (5%), Spinach Powder* (0.75%)

Nutritional Information

per 100g:
Energy 1648kJ/389kcal, Carbohydrate 73.3g (of which sugars 0g), Protein 11.7g, Fat 2.5g, Salt 0g.

Recipe

Tri-colour pasta salad
1 lb. tri-color fusilli, cooked
1 sm. red pepper, diced
1 sm. yellow pepper, diced
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped parsley (flat, Italian type)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the above ingredients. Mix in dressing. Chill and serve. Optional: Mix in 1 can tuna or 1 cup chopped cooked chicken (white meat). Serves 6.

Dressing:
2 tbsp. mustard (any style)
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients. Use 1 cup of dressing for 1 pound of pasta.

Head and shoulders above rice pasta. It keeps it's form perfectly, even over cooked how I like it, and it's got great taste.
