I've given this 5 stars, because I can eat it!! I've just made a sandwich with hummous and salad - and it was lovely. No gluten, no soya, no dairy - a winner for me.

Hmmm am torn as to being too negative about this bread because lets face it when you are allergic to so many things, having bread you can actually eat is a blessing. But in saying that I found that the bread all sticks together so had to try and slice through the pre-slices, which just crumbled the bread. It was too tough and dry to give to my baby, which was a shame as I would like to introduce bread to her diet (she is wheat allergic, soya allergic, egg, dairy, peanuts). The packaging wasn't great either as it comes in a plastic covering. So you have to take it out of that and transfer it to.... I wasn't sure what to be honest! The taste was ok, not great, but not totally yukkie. I would recommend if you are not particulary fussy snd are just thrilled that there is actually bread out there that you can eat. My opinion on this item - I will pass on this one and keep looking.
