Vegetable Smoothie - Mon 19th Dec 2011
Skin, halve and deseed 225 g ripe tomatoes. Peel and finely chop 1 carrot and chop 1 stick of celery. Blend with 125 ml tomatoe juice, a handful of watercress or young spinach leaves and some ground black pepper and celery salt (to taste). Serve cold.
