Cooking Instructions

Microwave: Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and heat on high fro 2 minutes (850W) or 3 minutes (650W), stirring once during heating.

On the hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Ingredients

Water, pinto beans 39%, tomato puree, onion, sunflower oil, sea salt, coriander, paprika, cumin, chilli powder, black pepper.

I really am addicted to these beans! I already loved refried beans but these are soooo tasty! The added spices don't increase the heat (which is great for adapting) but they really add loads of flavour. I put these in, on, with everything.
