I use it on my hair and minor cuts, and it works fast and -quite literally- brilliantly!
The smell is very pleasant, not too strong. When used in cooking, it has a surprisingly buttery taste. This is a very good buy.

Wow I wish I'd discovered this years ago!! It has virtually no taste unlike olive oil so doesn't taint delicate flavours. It works brilliantly both in cooking and as the other reviewers have said, on skin and hair. It seems expensive but lasts and lasts as you only need a tiny bit at a time. Fabulous product.

I love this coconut oil! You can smell the coconut when you open it so you can tell it's really good quality, unlike the coconut oil you can get in supermarkets. I've used it for multiple different things, as a moisturiser, hair conditioner, frying, in baking. It's brilliant!

This is a great quality product, and although it seems expensive, as other reviewers have said it lasts a long time. Also the Biona one is very good value compared to other brands. Great in all types of cooking, it's supposed to be one of the healthiest for cooking with at high temperatures because it doesn't get damaged by the heat. I use it in baking and when frying onions for soups etc, even to fry eggs. As it's virgin it does smell lovely and coconutty, but if you're cooking something and don't want the flavour just heating it for a while removes it.

Tips

Excellent Body Moisturiser - Sat 24th Jan 2009
Initially bought this for a raw vegan chocolate cake recipe (which was delicious and courtesy of Raw Food Fairies) but it is also great as a body moisturiser. Keep it at room temperature and scoop out a small amount which quickly melts into skin (a little goes a long way). It's organic and just one ingredient, so why pay a fortune for a body moisturiser with a long ingredient list, when this is just as effective and smells like Hawaii. Also great for the hair!
