My favourite coconut milk and I've tried lots of them. This one's great for cooking savoury & sweet dishes, I find it invaluable for Thai food and also makes a great ice cream.

I love using this coconut milk in my curries, it's delicious. I tend to use virgin coconut oil with it too, lovely if you are a fan of coconuts!

Not as nice or as cheap as the What on earth brand, and you should have seen the mess in my kitchen trying to open the tin and spoon the stuff out!! Should be fitted with an easy opening system.
