BBQ Corn Cobs - Thu 9th Feb 2012
Soften 75 g butter in the microwave on high power for 30 secs, then blend in 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Place 4 corn cobs on a piece of greaseproof paper and spread with the butter mixture. Wrap the cobs in the paper, and place in a large dish in a single layer. Cook on high power until tender - about 12 mins if fresh or 15 mins if frozen, turn halfway through cooking. Serve the corn with the buttery juices poured over.

Thick, packed with flavour and free of refined sugars. Tastes much better than the typical brands, with the advantage of none of the refined and processed ingredients. A must have if you are partial to a bit of ketchup!

Another great product from Biona, it's nice to have the option of a ketchup sweetened with agave. Good that it's gluten free too.
