This milk tastes better than the most creamy Jersey cow's milk that you can buy in the shops.
Unpasteurised sheep's milk is in my opinion the most healthy kind of milk you can drink - I avoid pasteurised cow's milk (it gives me a small acne flare up a few days after) but this makes me feel amazing.

It is great to know that finally a manufacturer is aware of the dangers that pasteurization does to milk. Many people believe it's a good thing but it actually changes the state of milk, depleting nutrients and makes it really hard for the human body to digest.Please educate yourself on pasteurization. Ewe milk is a great product and I will advise everyone to switch to goats milk or Ewe unpasteurized sheep milk and avoid cow's milk at all cost. It is highly allergenic and virtually indigestible, especially when pasteurized. Oh and it's not as healthy as they want us to believe. If you're worried about calcium eat sesame seeds it has even more calcium than cow's milk or just use goat or sheep's milk.
