Big Oz Organic specialises in processing grains using traditional puffing, flaking and coating systems. At the Big Oz plant in the UK they are able to process a wide variety of grains, which are packed for sale to the wholesale or retail sectors. Morning Puffs breakfast cereals are puffed and flaked using freshly harvested grains. The Big Oz range includes ten varieties which are free from added salt, sugars, artificial flavours and colours. They contain only the natural grain with nothing else added, and are naturally cholesterol and sodium free and low in saturated fat.

After harvesting, these pure grain cereals are puffed by a special process to produce a 'puff ball' which preserves the original shape of the grain, and helps to maintain maximum nutrition. The process also roasts the grains, which helps with digestion and gives them a delicious toasted flavour.

Big Oz select only first class whole grains which have been organically grown for their range of 'Morning Puffs' breakfast cereals. The outer husk is removed and they puff the grains by heating them to a very high temperature inside a sealed drum. This special process produces a 'puff ball,' helping to preserve the original shape of the grain and to maintain maximum nutritional content. It also gives the grain a delicious roasted flavour.

Big Oz's puffed cereals are all gluten-free and include rice, millet, amaranth, corn, buckwheat and quinoa, whilst the puffs that are gluten-types are rye, spelt, wheat, oats and barley.

Big Oz's flakes are also made using a traditional method of heating the raw grains to soften them, then just rolling the grains until they are flat. They pack and dispatch the flakes to their customers shortly after production, with the aim of having the freshest possible product for the consumer.

One time eaten for ever addicted. Even in China people order it! I hope Big Oz doesn't add some "addictives" :-)

The reviewer who wrote "once eaten, forever addicted" is right! I couldn't put it better myself. I love Big Oz cereals, but I think this must be my favourite...although it's hard to chose! Lovely with soya milk...

We eat these every morning in our homemade breakfast muesli. Flavour is great especially with soya milk. Healthy and organic, they couldn't give you a better start to the day.
