Product Details

Black beans traded in compliance with Fairtrade standards. Sourced from a small farming community in Inner Mongolia, the beans are produced as part of the Fairtrade cooperative Jurihe/Zhaluteqi Nature Village Farmer Association, which offers farmers fair prices and a Fairtrade premium. The Fairtrade premium from the sale of the beans is then reinvested in the community, helping to improve education, sanitation, and local infrastructure.

Serving Suggestion

Empty contents into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Add to casserole soups or your favourite salads.
