Energy 3441kJ/837kcal, Protein 0g, Carbohydrate 0g, Fat 93g (of which saturated fatty acids 9g, mono-unsaturated 10g, polyunsaturated 72g, linoleic acid 52g, linolenic acid 20g).

Other Information

Hemp oil is especially rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, vital for our organism. Because of its high content of linolic acid, hemp oil is one of the few oils rich in triple unsaturated linolenic acid. This, together with double unsaturated fatty acids and the balanced fatty acid composition mark hemp as one of the most nutritious oils.
Through Biona's special Oxyguard pressing and bottling method the nutritional wealth, natural flavour and greenish colour (a sign of high cholorophyl levels) remains, so far as possible, intact. An amber bottle is used to protect this precious oil.

This is very strong and tastes exactly like pumpkin seeds to me, I only like it on steamed veggies or salad. It's nice tasting overall, very green & nutty.
