Product Details

It's great to have succulent chunks of glace ginger without all the extra crystalising sugar on the coating. Still sweet enough to eat on it's own though, for desserts as well as for curries.

Once the bag is open it's hard to resist, a great buy for ginger addicts like me.

Highly recommended, much nicer than the sugar-coated variety. Chop it finely and mix it into a basic oat flapjack mixture - the combination of butter, ginger and oats is delicious.
