Cooking Instructions

For best results reheat in an oven: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and film, place on baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for approximately 30-40minutes from frozen, or 20-30 minutes from chilled. Ensure pudding is piping hot before serving.

Ingredients

Rhubarb 50% with colour E124, gluten free plain flour (made from rice flour, potato flour, buckwheat flour and maize flour) brown sugar, vegetable fat spread (sunflower oil, water, palm oil, salt, emulsifier (mono & diglycerides of sunflower fatty acids), vitamin E, Vitamin A, colour: natural carotenes, vitamin D as D12, vitamin B12).
