If you need a gluten, wheat and dairy free diet and are fed up with passing on puddings these are a must! They come in individual freezer packs which can be microwaved in 1 and half minutes or put in oven. This is a deliciously tangy lemon pudding which I enjoy serving with rice or soya milk making it nice and moist.
