Cooking Instructions

For best results reheat from frozen
Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and film, place on baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for approximately 30-40minutes from frozen, or 20-30 minutes from chilled. Ensure pudding is piping hot before serving.

Ingredients

Apple 50% with citric acid, gluten free plain white flour (made from rice flour, potato flour, buckwheat flour and maize flour), vegetable fat spread (sunflower oil, water, palm oil, salt, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of sunflower fatty acids), vitamin e, vitamin a, colour: natural carotenes, vitamin d and d2, vitamin b12), brown sugar.

Typical values Per 100g: Energy 990.4kJ/235kcal, Protein 1.3g, Carbohydrate 37.9g, of which sugars 17.7g, fat 8.8g, of which saturates 2.0g, Fibre 1.15g, Sodium 0.04g, Salt 0.1g.

Really crispy crumble. Pity about the sugar which I'm meant to avoid but it's so easy to prepare and tasty.

Delicious crumble in very handy freezer packs. Takes 1 and a half minites in microwave to have a lovely pudding, just like the rest of the family! I enjoy mine with soya milk or rice milk.
