This tasty gluten free tart is full of red onions slow roasted until caramelised, mixed with a Goat's cheese and creme fraiche filling in a crisp short crust pastry.

Cooking Instructions

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes

Ingredients

Pastry (rice flour, potato starch, gram flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides)water, egg, xanthan gum, raising agents (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate) goat's cheese 18%, red onion 18%, egg, creme fraiche, milk, balsamic vinegar, pepper.
