Cooking Instructions

Reheating instructions: For best results defrost first and place in a preheated oven 180°C/Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Pastry (rice flour, potato starch, gram flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides), water, egg, xanthan gum, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, rice flour), potato (25%), beef (20%), onion, swede, pepper, salt.

Bought for a friend (a new coeliac), he said he could not tell the difference between this pastry and ordinary. Both edible and very enjoyable, with allergy catered for.

JUST LIKE THE REAL THING PASTRY DID NOT GO ROCK HARD WHEN REHEATED FILLING NOT TO PEPPERY GREAT TO BE ABLE TO EAT A PASTY AGAIN

These steak pies are good by any standards, gluten free or otherwise. The meat is lovely, nice big chunks of steak and potato and pastry that is delicious hot or cold. Amazing! I buy these regularly and I would def recommend!

Generally pretty good, but had some nasty gristly bits of meat in mine, so probably won't buy again.
