When you can't have wheat or gluten, these are a lifesaver. They've got a very light texture and even wheat-eaters like them! This variety with the tomato and basil are of course especially good with Italian foods, but also make great sandwiches or just toasted.

These are gluten, wheat and dairy free. They come in frozen packs of two, so are handy if you are going away self catering. They are heavy in texture but very tasty and filling and once heated in oven for 10mins are a lovely alternative to normal breads.

Excellent if you need a gluten, wheat and dairy free diet. Seem heavy in texture but once heated for 10mins they are deliciously light and the tomato and basil makes a nice change from normal breads. I order lots and keep them in the freezer where they can be popped into the oven and eaten after 10mins.
