Usage

Ingredients

100% organic sesame seeds.
The seeds are dehulled and left unroasted before milling.

Other Information

As Biona do not use additives such as hardened fats or emulsifiers, the nut oil may seperate - this does not affect the quality - simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency.

I find all Biona products exceptional in taste & quality. This is more raw than other tahinis typically sold and is made from hulled seeds, therefore not as nutty as some of the others but still really tasty and very creamy. It's delicious mixed with dates and carob powder to form little halva balls.
