I thought I'd buy a couple of these pizzas to see what they're like. Just had the first one tonight and I have to say I'm impressed: the pine nuts brought a nice contrast to the texture, plus I loved the unusual addition of blue cheese. I sometimes think that blue cheese can be too rich or overpowering, but it wasn't like that at all it's quite a delicate taste, great with the spinach. Looking forward to the next one now!
