Cooking Instructions

To Bake :
defrost fully, remove packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 200° (gas mark 6) for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, mozzarella, water, chopped tomatoes, salami (5.25% 95% meat), Parmesan-style cheese (4.04%), olive oil, salt, yeast.

Cautions

Contains gluten, wheat & dairy.
May contain celery, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, egg, soya, shell fish and/or meat.

This is great for quick and easy family meals: my kids wolfed it down without noticing that it was any different from non-organic versions! It's sophisticated enough for adults to enjoy too though, thanks to the really tangy cheese that gives it a gourmet edge. The pieces of salami were also larger than average. In short, an excellent all-rounder that I'd definitely buy again.
