Serving Suggestion

Serve with fruit salad, maple syrup or honey, serve with iced cream. Great for breakfast or for any time of the day.

Cooking Instructions

Empty contents of pack into a bowl and add 425 ml cold water (or milk if preferred.) Whisk well until smooth. Fry over low-medium heat.

Ingredients

Maize starch, maize flour, fructose, sorghum, 3% dried apple (sulphur dioxide), maize flour, raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon 0.8%, yellow pea flour, stabiliser: guar gum. Natural apple flavour.

Really yummy - make sure your stingy if making it the vegan way as it can get very runny. Suprisingly low calorie and healthy if you use 0cal spray too :D I've always got some on hand for when I want a treat which wont make me fat!! Buy it! XD

MY HUSBAND COOKED THESE FOR US THIS MORNING (EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT GLUTEN FREE) WE WERE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH THE FLAVOUR OF THESE, YOU COULD REALLY TASTE THE APPLE PIECES. TEND TO BE A BIT LIKE AMERICAN PANCAKES A BIT HEAVIER THAN THE ENGLISH ONES, BUT MY TUMMY FELT FULL ALL MORNING. LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING MORE AT THE WEEKEND!!!
