I have these every week, I love them.
Delicious with banana and agave nectar and a touch of cinnamon to the mix, and as I frequently have them - on their own.
I have the vegan option - pancake mix, rice milk, soya spread and it's yummy. :)

I use this mix on a daily basis to make savoury sandwiches. It's much nicer and fresher than the bought gluten free breads and doesn't need to be mixed with cows milk. Just mix with soya milk and cook in a little oil in a small frying pan. If you use enough mixture it is possible to slice the pancake in two and fill with a choice of fillings.
