Product Details

A breakfast cereal high made with 80% wholegrains and 15% protein rich legume which provides a robust and synergetic food with excellent nutritional qualities. In addition, this product is complemented with psyllium to boost essential dietary fibre and calcium carbonate as a non dairy form of calcium. It is naturally gluten free and therefore easier to digest than other wheat based cereals.

Ingredients

Brown rice 70%, yellow pea 15%, quinoa real 10%, brown rice syrup, dextrose from maize, psyllium 2%, pear juice concentrate, calcium carbonate 1.0%, emulsifier: monoglycerides from vegetable, natural vanilla, salt, turmeric.

Per 100g: Energy 1620kJ/383kcal, Protein 9.3g, Carbohydrate 78.2g (of which sugars) 8.2g, Fat 3.0g (of which saturates) 1.0g, Dietary fibre 8.2g, Sodium 0.2g, Calcium 310mg.

Not brilliant - Fri 15th Oct 2010
I love Orgran and think they do a great job of making food for people with food intolerance and I would hate to knock them but... this cereal has a weird after taste. The texture is good and it looks good, nutritionally good, initial taste only slightly better than weird after taste.
