Product Details

Orgran pizza & pastry multimix is a wheat and gluten free mixture that is quick and easy to prepare. This product can also be used as wheat free, gluten free self raising flour. Make a delicious range of products such as gluten free pastry for jam tarts, pie, quiches, scones, gluten free flat bread and buns. 99% fat free and all vegetable based, vegetarians, coeliacs and slimmers can now also enjoy a nutritious diet that is filled with variety and nutrition.

Cooking Instructions

To use for pizza base, empty contents of pack into a large bowl and form a well. Slowly add 250ml water and knead into a dough. Salt and/or yeast may be added if diet permits. Lightly grease pizza tray and roll out dough onto tray. Add toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Maize starch, potato tapioca, maize flour, raising agents: glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, pea flour, salt, stabilisers: xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose.

Recipe

SCONES: Empty contents into large bowl and form a well. Slowly add 220 ml water, 2 beaten egg whites and a pinch of salt and knead into a dough. Roll into balls and lightly press into a greased scone tray. Bake in moderate oven until golden brown.

Absolutely brilliant!
Made one of the best pizzas i have ever tasted, the base was delicious
We used slightly more than the box said to get the consistency right but well worth the time and effort, we have bought ready made bases before but they are not a patch on these.

I followed the packet instructions to make pizza dough. It was quick and easy to prepare, the quantity made two large pizzas (approx. 10" diameter) and when cooked, the bases were crisp and light. Really good, I'll be back for more!

This is the best ever pizza base I have ever bought. I generally make the bases myself but this is soooooo hassle free and tastes fab! Love it!
