Ideal for meat free burgers, lunches and hors d'ouevres.
Cooking Instructions
Empty packet contents into a bowl and add 240ml water, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes. Form into small balls or patties. Pour at least 2cm of vegetable oil into a deep fryer or pan, heat oil and fry falafel balls until golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper towel and serve hot with crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomato and tahini sauce.
