Orgran Wholemeal Bread Mix with psyllium is very unique as it does not contain dairy products or cane sugar and you do not need to use eggs to produce a full crusty loaf that you can slice, freeze, toast and enjoy in the same way as ordinary wheat based bread. It is nutritionally enhanced with sorghum and psyllium to provide beneficial dietary fibre.
Usage
This product can be used in a bread making machine or with conventional oven baking
Ingredients
Sorghum stonemilled flour 35%, rice flour, maize starch, raising agents: glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, dextrose from maize, psyllium 2.0%, emulsifier: monodiglyceride from vegetable, vegetable gums: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, methylcellulose, sea salt.

Orgran gluten free bread can be refrigerated or frozen in an air tight freezer bag.

My daughter loved this - now she has tried this super tasting bread - her previous favourite - the orgran white bread mix - just is not good enough!

This bread mix is great, I used it with my bread maker and it came out lovely, maybe a little white but 10 minutes in the oven and it was golden brown, it says to wait 20 minutes before slicing, we all know how hard that is! But it sort of sets as its cooling, so it is a good idea, a big thumbs up from me!

This bread mix is perfect for people like me with multiple allergies who would otherwise be unable to enjoy bread. It's really tasty!
