Here's me thinking "oh no my male vegan friend is bringing a cake...even if it's made from a cake mix hmm" but no, even with his "new vegan cooking" skills the cake was amazing.. tasty tasty moist chocolate cake can be yours! I might buy 10 and keep them in the cupboard for special occassions..like say tuesdays!

At last I have found something that I can eat and enjoy, you would never know you was eating a wheat free product. I love it, and think all Orgran product are the best I have every eaten.
There is only one problem I have and that is can't stop eating it.

Very easy to use, my son aged 6 has extensive food allergies and really enjoys it. He says "Its the best", so glad its on the market.

verry scrummy - strangely deep vanilla flavour when hot and still a little doughy but good cold - they make very moist cupcakes, so i'd stay away from glace icing and go for buttercream. Made it the Vegan way but if made with egg etc. would probably taste different. All in all, good buy and yummy! I'd make use of some JustWholefoods custard here!!! 3

This is a great cake mix however, the picture on the front of the packet is a little misleading. You would need two mixes to make a cake as large as the one on the picture (unless its just that my baking is rubbish!!)

Always have a packet or two of these to make when my gluten free friends pop round. I usually add some fruit or nuts to give it a wee added something.
