These are really nice and great for anyone needing to keep dairy, gluten, egg and soya free. The only problem is that it is hard to stop eating them once they are open.

At last! These are delicious, you would seriously never know they are gluten free. Great served with coffee or with icecream for dessert.

Try breaking some Amaretti biscuits into chunks and stirring into vanilla ice cream. Finish with melted dark chocolate.

Try barbecuing stoned and halved peaches (cut-side down), until soft. Serve with a dollop of Italian mascarpone, sprinkled with broken amaretti for a simple summer dessert.
